Fox News settles the Dominion case.

Who won; who lost?

Dominion Voting Systems and Fox News have settled the former’s lawsuit against the latter. Fox News will pay Dominion nearly $800,000. And as part of the settlement, Fox News “acknowledge[s] the court’s rulings finding certain claims about Dominion to be false.” In exchange, Fox News will be spared both the risk and the embarrassment of a trial.
