Supreme Court decision could spur surge in Catholic schooling

The Washington Post reports (or warns) that the Supreme Court “could unleash an explosion of new religious schools.” This will happen, says the Post, if the Court decides that it’s unlawful to require charter schools to be non-religious.

I’m not sure how I come down on the legal merits which, of course, should determine the outcome of the case. But based on my experiences, some of them painful, I would love to see “an explosion of new religious schools.”
