In this column, Jason Willick, the outstanding conservative op-ed writer for the Washington Post, argues, as I have, that both sides in the Trump administration’s judicial struggles have a point. Willick also discusses the administration’s particular struggle with a federal district court judge over the deportation of Venezuelan gang members. He believes, as I do, that the administration’s position in that dispute is problematic, both procedurally and on the merits.
