Above average for a college president, but barely. Stating that "abhorrent antisemitism and Islamophobia reign" is an attempt to equate the two, as if both are equally a problem. They're not, and it's not even close. I'd think more highly of him if he didn't equivocate when facing the evil of Hamas/terrorist supporting protesters on campus.

Thanks for the comment. I think this president's actions and words are far above average.

The first time the protesters violated college policy, she called in the police. And she explained her action with great clarity. I haven't seen much of this from her peers.

I, too, could have done without the reference to Islamophobia. However, she's probably right that these non-peaceful protesters, many of whom appear to be Muslims, are likely to make ordinary students, and certainly Jews, fearful of the so-called "religion of peace."

Yes, her actions were far above average, and this addressed the most immediate concern. Point taken. But in my judgment stating that abhorrent antisemitism "and" Islamophobia both "reign" is simply false. She did not need to call in police because of Islamophobia.

The real issue is the normalization of radicalism. These "students" were never in demonstrating their opinions by holding a simple protest. They are interested in bringing chaos and dissolution. They have been taught (by Marxists) that this is the American way. It's not. It's the way to destroy a Republic.

They are not “students” and they are not “protesters”; they are paid political operatives escorted by puerile potheads deceived by fraudulent narratives and hoping for fame and fornication.
