I feel the need to comment that both the original passage and of course it's plagiarized copy are utterly complete and total bullshit. Neither has any place in a doctoral dissertation or frankly in any classroom or frankly any conversation. Let me restate that. At BEST it's utterly complete and total bullshit. At worst it's simply more insidious grist for the mill that's grinding this country to pieces.
I ask, why do you believe the American Public was never allowed to access Barack Obama's college transcripts, nor records, or anything else from his collegiate history? I can think of two reasonable answers, one he plagiarized, and two, what wasn't plagiarized was so radical it would have derailed his political destiny as set by those who sealed his personal and collegiate records.
.
One more question. Did Constitutional Americans elect Obama to the US Presidency?
An aside from all of this is that the reason for the astronomical increase in college administrators is that we have, as Perter Turchin would say, produced an overabundance of 'elites', meaning people with advanced degrees who don't really have the ability to do anything of consequence. Many probably shouldn't have gone past community college. Take a look at what you can get a PhD in these days.*
The thing is that if they happen to be a member of the protected groups, you have to find a suitably high-paying job for them or face the consequences. Needless to say, all of this administration inflation raises the cost of college, necessitating heavy borrowing, and prompting politicians to seek votes by shifting the cost from the borrower to the tax-payer.
*A friend of mine recently informed me that an old girlfriend of his was coming to town on business. He noted what a time she'd had with chemistry back in the day, but now she had a PhD! Great. I asked in what, expecting some STEM field. Hospitality, he answered.

Affirmative action from the 1970’s + Obama administration policies = DEI

As Dave Barry says, you can't make this stuff up.
