The judiciary, at all levels, is corrupt. The reason is because "judgement" is a divine function ("judge not, lest thee be judged"), and judges are humans.
Do we need judges? I don't think so. They usually make defective judgements and thereby introduce injustice into the justice system.
So who referees the justice system? How do we make judges follow the law?
Do away with lifetime appointments. Make judges answerable to We the People, not by electing them, but by making it easier to remove them.
