What happened is that they built a Krispy Kreme two blocks from her home and she became, ummmmm, distracted.

TLDR. Translation: Kemp is a RINO, Abrams is a psycho.

Kemp is a RINO only if one defines that label to mean someone who doesn't blindly follow Donald Trump's line. That's not a defensible definition.

Trump has nothing to do with it. Kemp has been conservative throughout his career, but he takes representing all the people of Georgia seriously. He's not a terribly charismatic figure, but he works hard. The national media doesn't notice the time he spends in Albany or Dahlonega or other places that might require leaving Atlanta. As to Abrams, the national left loves her and has promoted her over the last few years, but in Georgia people have gotten to know her better since the first campaign and can tell the difference between the national hype and the local reality. Guys like Hall who watched her spend millions on voter registration in 2014 to no real effect know best. I give him credit for being willing to stand up even at this late date.

My comment has nothing to do with Trump. In this environment, any Republican that is acceptable to a Democrat is a suspect.

Trump is not the Republican party.

Suppose a U.S. Senator votes with his party 98 percent of the time. Suppose he endorses GOP candidates up and down the line. But suppose he doesn't accept Trump's claim that the election was stolen or Trump's view that it was fine to take classified documents to Mar-a-Lago.

Even if one agrees with Trump on these particular points, It would be asinine to call that Republican Senator a RINO. The Senator I've just described is a Republican in a great many respects, not just "in name only."

The same is true of a governor who governs according to conservative principles and in largely the same way as other Republicans (some of whom may be more supportive of Trump's election claims). That governor is a Republican in a great many respects, not just "in name only."

Ok. Maybe I’m wrong and he’s not a RINO. I’m just tired of wolves in sheeps clothing. I still don’t see how this anything to do with Trump. This video you may find interesting: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=i1aod4mh4Kg

It is incredible to me that Fiona Hill, a person this naive, gets into such a prominent position in our government. As if all these people dealing with Ukraine were just trying to do their best in non partisan manner. Everyone can see that Ukraine has been a money laundering operation for the Democrats for over 15 years. And there was plenty of cooperation between Ukraine and the Clinton campaign if they were interested in learning of it. I guess being a liberal means never having to acknowledge things that you don’t wanna know. Trump simply asked for cooperation in investigating that corruption. Totally legitimate. The entire point of that impeachment was to protect the Dems racket from being exposed. This denial of reality by people like her is a big part of the reason Trump was elected.

On second thought, I don’t believe Fiona Hill is naive. Her phrases about Trumps supposed “incitement to violence” and her transparent appeals to American “ideals” and “patriotism” give her away. I think she is probably MI6 double agent planted in our foreign policy apparatus. How else does she get her post? It’s not enough just to be able to mouth the liberal platitudes. Is it?
